Green Wheeling...It will show that it is possible to have an on road presence and still have a light, less impactful off road machine. It will celebrate Jeep's heritage and capture the essence of the brand while emphasizing structure and graphic nudity.

My Jeep's hood decal that I created to support our troops and our four-legged heroes.

CAPSTONE: A Teaser...
Posted in Capstone
I know I haven't really explained what I'm doing for Capstone to you on my blog. I've done this on purpose. But here's a little description...
My capstone is about off roading. It will show that it is possible to have an on road presence and still have a light, less impactful off road machine. It will celebrate Jeep's heritage and capture the essence of the brand while emphasizing structure and graphic nudity.

CAPSTONE: Re-Do
Posted in Capstone
After a good but eye opening critique this past Monday, I've come to the conclusion that my Capstone needs serious work. I'm not telling the complete story...well more like I'm not showing the complete story. Now, I know that the design was not 100% because I have been focusing just on the functions on the concept for the past few weeks. Now its time to bring it all together!
Tonight's task is to revamp the board. (The current board as it stands is below. Side note, the sketches that are shown here are just for representation of the area dedicated to sketches that I want to show on the final board.)
Tomorrow, we start the design and how the functions with integrate with the design.

CAPSTONE: Direction...
Posted in Capstone
I'm not sure of the orange-ish brown color but I like the direction of this. I'm taking it and running with it and seeing what kind of beast it will turn into.

CAPSTONE: Searching for Enlightenment
Posted in CapstoneI feel like I'm getting closer...well at least from the side view. I'm thinking of going into Alias and doing some 3D space studies of the tube chassis next. And then I still need to figure out this "bagged" interior...
